1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VPNMesh ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

VPNMesh provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers to enhance your privacy and security online.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account via Telegram, Google, Apple, or email (on the website / in the app)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activities under applicable laws
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property theft
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our servers

5. Payment and Subscriptions

5.1 Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly / quarterly / yearly depending on the selected plan). 5.2 Payment methods: bank cards and SBP (YooKassa), Telegram Stars, CryptoPay, NOWPayments (on-chain crypto), or other methods we make available. 5.3 Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers; request via support email or Telegram. 5.4 Price changes: existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

6. Device Limits

Each plan has a device limit and, where applicable, a traffic quota. Exceeding the device limit may disconnect older sessions; exceeding the traffic quota may restrict access until the period renews or you upgrade.

7. Privacy and Data

We maintain a no-logs policy for browsing activity. We meter account traffic totals for plan quotas and collect error telemetry (Sentry) for reliability. We do not sell or disclose VPN user data to third parties for any third-party purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

VPNMesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our Telegram bot and/or on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Service is operated by Vyskrebtsev Aleksandr, IE (Yerevan, Armenia).
